Changed password

Hey, I changed my password and forced sign out on all devices, but my bow TV stick won’t give me an option signing in or out so I can log in with the new password, and it won’t allow anything go play. Anyone any ideas ?  thanks 

Now tv box

Hi guys, I reset my password yesterday, and now my now tv box isn’t allowing me to log in keeps just saying error, does anyone know what’s going on?

I’ve had no phone line (so no landline since Xmas eve) husband disabled/vulnerable and need landline access for his heart monitor... been told probably jan for engineer...are disabled suppose to be priority?
