Given that the same questions get asked again and again, have the powers that be at Now considered putting together some embedded YouTube videos in the help section? A lot of sites now do this and it can help to give the user a visual representation rather than text saying go here, click this.
They would only need to be short and could cover things like cancelling memberships, troubleshooting devices or finding account sections.
