I should have joined Now phone & broadband on the 6th May 2021 I am still not on line and the phone does not work. NOW are not solving the problem and the feedback is ( to bad to comment)

I have tried ringing them emailing & complaining nothing helps.

Does anyone have any suggestions

Unfortunately NOW are relying on OpenReach for setting up and maintaining the network. 


Keep trying to call the broadband team.

NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
