Now tv keeps defaulting to the home screen

I have a roku stick. Everything else works but when I click on now tv the logo comes up, the screen goes black and it goes back to the home screen without opening.

I hope you sort out the TV problem. That's much worse than just losing a channel.

This is a customer forum. So saying “you” to sort out the issue with the NOW app will only be heard by other customers like you and me.

 

Your only real option is to get in touch with staff using the links I provided up thread.

 

Also you can follow on social media for updates. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I have the exact same issue with 2off ROKU units. Both previously, prior to NOW rebrand upgrade, allowed full access to NOW TV, but since the new NOW upgrade this issue has occurred. All other APPs work fine on both ROKU units.
