Now tv account help

hi. 
could anyone help please. I’m going into my account but it isn’t coming up with the plans and memberships I have but I do have one as I’ve been watching it on my telly. I need to cancel my membership and I can’t seem to find away of doing this. I think I might have set up most of the account on my telly when I first got it. 
many help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Anonymous User it sounds like you may have more than one account. Use the account finder tool to see if there is another that the payments are coming from

If there is only one account, contact live chat and see if they can find the passes and cancel them at their end.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

Have you gone into the NOW home screen page on your television and towards the bottom horizontal grid row highlight and click enter on the My Account tile box.

 

This should give you the username (not forum name ) or email address used.

 

Where under the My Account tile box it should say if you also have any active running Memberships on that particular account.

 

Then whilst logged in here with the same details go to My Account > Manage > My Memberships to cancel any Memberships you don't want anymore.

 

Or if there is no active Membership running then follow @Saint1976 sound advice.
