@gavs82008 has correctly described why your TV Isn’t showing a Now app as available.
I will describe the fix; buy an Amazon Firestick or a Roku Express device, plug it into one of the HDMI ports on your TV, and watch Now on that.

The cheapest devices will suffice for Now, but the higher-priced ones will control TV On/off and volume, offer other apps than Now in 4K and so on.
There are other options, such as casting from your phone, but none beat the ease and simplicity of adding one of the above devices.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
