Which nowtv box do you own (white version, std black version, Freeview version, 4K version or stick) ?
Have you tried first to see if the box will still operate by downloading the free Roku Remote Controller App from your smartphone Apps Store (just to make sure the box still operates).
You can get replacement remotes from the Sky Accessories Shop.
If you have the older white box and a TV with a HDMI port, then if it was me i wouldn't bother with a replacement remote and look at a newer version of the nowtv box or stick.
