Need to add devices but won't let me for a month!

I am so disappointed I watch now TV on my TV my iPad and my boyfriends iPad, mychild has been messing around with the iPad and has canceled all 4 devices off now TV and I am not allowed to add anymore till the 1st of July! I can't see how this is fair when I lay so much money, surely someone must be able to help me I can't watch if at all and my programmes are all on there! Please could someone get back to me and help me there is no contact number or email adress to speak to anyone in person!

Welcome to the forum.

 

I agree, the ability to freely delete devices on the iPad app is an annoying one that can't be prevented at the moment. However if you pop onto live chat and explain what's happened, they should be able to reset your devices for you as a courtesy. Try and explain to your child not to mess with the device settings though otherwise you'll keep running into the same issue (easier said than done, I know!)
