Hi. I bought a Now TV stick yesterday. Everything went fine when I bought it. However, a couple of hours later, it had bad Internet connection. Shows were lagging and that. Then, sometimes I couldn't even get on the home screen. I reset my Internet. But, still the same problem happened. I know my Internet is strong. I even turned off other devices connected to the Internet. Still the same problem. I don't have problems with the Internet on my other devices. They were the same distance away from the router as well. Not just that, my remote, a lot of the time, decides not to work. I'm definitely in line of sight. I can only turn on and off and work the volume most the time. I was wondering if anyone has advice? Is this a problem with the stick or what? Thanks so much
