Hi does anyone no why I keep getting chargered twice a month for my internet???? And I can’t get throu on phone and no help on here either . Thanks

If you can't get through to the NowTV Broadband Team by telephone, then either try their live chat service or drop them a message.

 

The NowTV Community Forum is mainly used by customers helping each other out, where they won't be able to assist with account related matters or refunds.

 

Open the link page below and select the most appropriate help topic and once you get to stage 3, scroll down towards the bottom of the page where hopefully you will see a Get in Touch message.

 

Click the drop down arrow below Get in Touch which will expand the screen where a live chat or send message buttons will appear.
