I am assuming you are moving home and are a nowtv broadband customer ?
Where if you are not a nowtv broadband customer and use another ISP and just using the nowtv streaming service, then there is no need to get in touch with nowtv.
I know you have mentioned live chat, but have you also tried phoning the nowtv broadband team ?
You will find the telephone number under My Account > Broadband & Calls " Moving Home" section.
Like live chat, the phone line is extremely busy, but keep trying until you get through to them.
