I got a free 6 month pass with my box the pass was from now tv I’ve never used it do you think they’d give me a new one ? They could check I’ve never used it once I totally forgot

Hi Poerce

Just one thing, if your pass is bought from a retail outlet and is less than 12 months old then it is still valid, unless Now TV says otherwise.  However, if you get your passes from Now TV directly, or had your passes upgraded, e.g. 3 x 2 months = 1 x  6 month, then your pass could be valid until 2025.

However, as a side note, you should always check your passes expiry dates, regardless of the price paid and place of purchase.
