HD boost on 4500sk

Hi, has anyone else had lip sync problems when using the Hd boost? It only affects my 4500sk box not my smart stick. Both are on the same Wi-Fi, which runs at 100mbps+

Tech help kept blaming my internet speed so I have had to cancel the boost for now.

Bit of a long shot but have you tried going into the Audio settings on your box and tried both Dolby Digital Plus and Auto to see if that makes any difference.

 

Also a couple of forum members have mentioned that pressing the Star button on the remote and making sure Volume Mode is set to Off has made an improvement with regards to the audio sync on their devices.
