Devices no longer supported?

The NOW TV system is now telling me that devices I'm using are no longer supported.  How could this happen without notification?  What am I supposed to do - have been using these devices for a few years quite adequately and now all of sudden they have stopped working.

Ridiculous

Unlike a lot of people I don't watch now to a lot but that's not the point why do they expect to get to treat customer like this, can't understand some people trying to give them reasons to allow them to treat customers with this treatment, some how I cannot cancel my pass as there system says I don't have any passes but this doesn't stop them taking money from my card?

Are you for real live chat a joke recone it a computer system because if you don't pick an answer it gives you it says it can't answer the questions I have no problems logging in but it can't find my passes but it still charging for them. Surely this forum should be taking BskyB NowTv to task and not doing there work for them .

What would be the use in that no one seems to read what the complaints are
about and just sends the replys that are already on NowTv web pages unlike
some of Now TV staff I read what is said on the web site and then when I
cannot get it fixed I send a message. Not expecting to get the same answer
as a reply
