I just tried to cancel my kids pass as my granddaughter never watches it and there are no cancel buttons and I can't see my active passes. I also noticed that there are all new ones and priced in euros. Does this mean that all passes will be automatically cancelled from the 1st of January? I'm in the UK 😞

Sounds to me that your internet browser is taking you to the NowTV Republic of Ireland website.

Maybe try this link below and make sure there is no ie contained in the link which denotes Republic or Ireland.

https://www.nowtv.com/home/existing 

Or maybe when using the search feature of your internet browser type in NowTV UK.

If your browser has accidentally sent you to the NowTV Republic of Ireland website, then scroll to the bottom of the Republic of Ireland website and on my internet browser there is an option to click "Go to UK Site " ( see screen shot below).
