If you have started the Day Membership, then it will run for 24 hours and then stop. There’s no Cancel feature.
If you have bought the Membership, but not started watching it because you found out another way that the match you wanted isn’t on, then you have about a year to start it in when there is something you want to watch.
Which is it?
If the former, you might get Live Chat to take pity on you and give you a refund, if you ask nicely:- the following link leads you to direct contact with Now (via a tiny green circle with a v in it, so keep your eyes peeled for that when you have made your initial choices):-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage. Also, don’t choose Request a Refund, even though that is what you want, as that will only deliver you to the Nowbot; pick something else.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
