All4App not working on stick

Hi there any one else not getting the All4 App to work on their stick?

Got 3 suggestions.

1. Delete the app and reinstall it

2. Unplug your router for a couple of minutes

3. Bit more extreme but set the stick back to factory settings

How do you delete the App?

It should be done by going to "My Apps" section on the stick menu and highlight the All4 app, then press the star *button on the remote which will give you the option to remove the app.
