if i pass on my old white now tv box (having purchased a new all singing black box) to a friend
and he uses it at a different location with different wireless router,
are any of my login details/dd details compromised?
the white box was switched off for a week, before i passed it on
should i delete my account?

Hi @Anonymous User
If you factory reset the nowtv box by following the instructions in this help guide below it will remove both your account and wifi details.
Once factory reset, I would double check if it has removed your details by switching on the box again.

Hi @Anonymous User
Just re read your post again and it looks like you have given your nowtv box to your friend already.
If you haven't factory reset your box to erase your account details before handing over the box to your friend, then I would suggest changing your password, remove the device from your device list and add a payment pin to your account.
