Where can I get a replacement remote for the 4K box from apart from eBay?

You could try the Sky Accessories Store, though their online shop is closed and it says you need to phone them (don't know if the NowTV Smart Voice Remote is available in stock).

Or alternatively look at maybe a cheap NowTV Stick, where the Smart Remote is interchangeable between the Stick and NowTV 4K Smart Box.

If you wish you could also use the free Roku App (with inbuilt Remote) when using your smartphone.

You should find the Roku App from your smartphone or tablet Apps Store.

I will look on the Sky store.

I Would just use the Roku app on my phone however it’s a new network that I’m connecting to and need a remote to connect the now tv box before you can use the app.

Have you still got the old previous Router or know the SSID network name and WiFi password you used with the previous ISP ?
