Hi I have just got an Now TV box set up with a 2 monthly free pass but keep getting charged which I cant afford, I'll be ringing my bank to request this payment back as its unfair I've been charged. I except a full refund. There took £11:99. £9:99 plus £3 all over 3 days. I'm not happy.

There is 3 links in my original post.

Why am i still paying now tv when i cancelled many months ago and find i can not contact now tv in any way shape or form to discuss the matter. I have contacted the bank but little they can do.
i too am having problems with a refund and cannot contact now tv to discus the matter, they must be the worst company i have ever dealt witgh
