Quoted broadband contract price wrong

So hey I was given an email to say my contract was due to end and that my new contract would be £24.99 instead of the old contract price which was £30.00 so I renewed and was promised £24.99 but when I go to my payments and bills it says my next month's payment is £35.00 for super fibre broadband so what do I do like does it take time to add the super fibre £10.00 discount offer or have I just been FD over @@nowtv @@broadband @priceqoute
