I want to login to my router to remove people nicking my connection
I can't sign in can someone explain why
Hi @Ricy1664
If you are looking to change any settings on your NowTV Hub Router, then using your internet browser url address bar type in 192.168.0.1
Once the NowTV Hub Router webpage opens and if you are asked to enter in your username and password then type admin & nowtv (all lower case).
Cheers bud
Hi @Ricy1664
I am assuming you want to change your WiFI password on the Router ?
If you get stuck or having problems accessing your Hub Router, then to set the Router back to its shipped default settings hold in the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds.
Won't accept those throws me out
Hi @Ricy1664
Hold in the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 to 15 seconds and start again.
Reset router still won't let me in
Hi @Ricy1664
Give the NowTV Broadband Team a call for further assistance & help.

Normally when the Router is powered up and you hold in the reset button on the back of the NowTV Router for 10 to 15 seconds should reset the Router back to its default shipped settings.
Once typing 192.168.0.1 into your url internet address bar and once the NowTV Router webpage opens and asks for your username & password when for example you click on the Wireless Tab on the webpage "admin & nowtv" always works for me.
Thank you everyone
Finally got it sorted
Full factory reset
Hi @Ricy1664
Glad you got it sorted.
Was a factory reset holding in the reset button on the back of the Router for around 10 to 15 seconds or was there another method involved ?
Yeah held reset button for about 30 to 45 seconds
Hey Schnapps,
How do you change the router login away from the default login of 'admin' and 'nowtv'? Have read how this is an easy route in for many hackers and how many homes in the UK are vulnerable due to their routers having default passwords.
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous User
I am not sure you can change the admin part of the Hub 2 Router login details, but can change the password from nowtv to a password of your choice.
When you type 192.168.0.1 on your internet browser URL and once you have entered admin & nowtv when prompted, select the Maintenance tab, then select Set Password secondary tab where there is an option to change the Router login password from nowtv.
To be honest i have never tried it myself.
If you get stuck, hold in the reset button on the back of the Router for 10 to 15 seconds to get back to the old default setting of admin & nowtv.
