Now tv stick and offers

I have recently bought a now TV stick and on the box it says 1 month entertainment pass 1 month cinema pass and 1 day sports pass I cant activate these can anyone help?

Hi @Anonymous User 

i am assuming you have setup and activated the new Stick ?

if there is no message towards the top of your My Passes saying " Vouchers Waiting For You" when logged into your online account that was used to setup the Stick.

Then have a read of this similar linked thread on what to do.
