I wanna move in 10 days. I don't now how to do whit the kit, where to send them. As well to cancel the direct debit.
I try to call to the center but is close.
Somebody now how to do?

Firstly i am customer just like you and won't be able to help much sorry apart from ask a couple of questions.
When you are Moving Home are you thinking of staying with NowTV Broadband or have you switched to another Internet Service Provider who will be supplying your internet & phone in the future and if so who is your new ISP ?
Or are you moving Home and not intending to have no internet & telephone service at your new address and just want to inform NowTV that you wish to cancel ?
