Buying Passes

Hi, i have just bought B/B from now TV and it is due to start on the 5/8/19. I also intend to buy the TV service. At the moment it seems there is only an option for me to start a free trial and no option to buy a pass to coincide with my B/B start date. I do have an account.

Do i have to sign in on my TV and then buy a pass or what.

Just a bit confused as to when can i actually buy a pass.

Could some kind soul explain how this actually works i know it must be really simple !!!!.

Thanks in advance

Re: Buying Passes

Hi @Anonymous User

Looking at the nowtv offers webpage, when you signed up with NowTV Broadband there should have been an option towards the end of the online order process to buy a six months entertainment pass at £4.99 per month.

Was you interested in this offer and did you take up the option ?

If you want this six month entertainment offer at £4.99 per month, then maybe have a word with live chat.

You can reach live chat by opening the link below, select the most appropriate or nearest help topic then scroll down towards the bottom of the screen page where hopefully you will see a Get in Touch option.

Click the drop down arrow below Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button or alternatively drop them a message from the same link.

If live chat won't help with the offer, then maybe consider NowTV Gift cards from places like Argos, Currys, Major Supermarkets where you can get the following Gift Cards.

2 Months Entertainment for £10.

2 Months Cinema for £15.

1 Week Sports Pass for £10.

1 Month Sports Pass for £25 (Argos or Currys).

Here's a help guide how to apply a voucher code, if you have a nowtv supported device and currently have broadband from another provider, if you wish you can start your passes before your NowTV Broadband goes live.

Re: Buying Passes

Thanks scnapps, from your explanation it seems i might have missed this option so i think the obvious solution is to go on the chat line and try to rectify it from there.

Thanks for your response and comments
