I have previously experienced an issue with the Now TV smart box, in which the box randomly crashes mid-use. There is no warning, the box simply loses power and bricks. More often than not, the box can't simply be turned back on. It needs unplugging and plugging back in. I have actually reported this issue previously which resulted in a new box being sent to me; however, one week after receiving this I am experiencing the same issues. Any advice would be gratefully received.
