Getting started

I’ve just purchased Now Tv smartbox with 4K & voice search with the 4 pass bundle. We have followed instruction on tv and logged into now tv account on computer. Tv has given us a code to type in on computer and we can’t find where to type this. Looked at passed and it only shows each individual pass and not the 4 pass bundle so we tried entering the code on one of the passes but says not recognised. Where do we put the code on our computer that’s showing on the telly

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

With your smartphone, tablet, PC internet browser click on this link below and type in the webpage box the 6 digit code that you see on your TV screen.

 

https://www.nowtv.com/gb/tv

 

Once the code is recognised the TV screen should refresh and then let you access your nowtv box.

 

Then go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst signed in on here where hopefully towards the top of the page there is a message with a link saying vouchers waiting for you.

 

Then open the link and redeem the vouchers when you are ready to use them on your account.
