Hi I put a pass on my 5 month entertainment now tv box on the 13/4/18 and I thought it would automatically go on my account on the 17/4/18 but I have had a message to say that I need to update my bank details. Is the entertainment pass still on my account as I don't know where to find it. Please help cos I can't find the entertainment card which I used?
