Now TV White Box Not Working

Without any notification or warning, my white box stops working, and I get an on screen message that it is effectively obsolete. Annoying, and terrible customer service. So, I go to the Now TV website, and they are out of stock of the Now TV stick. I have been a customer for many years, they have taken my subscription, but I cannot receive the service. Bordering on fraud, I would suggest.

This Now TV white Box has been literally discussed to death on the forum. The box was decommissioned on the 6th October, emails apparently were sent to some customers. Sad to say you must have been missed.
