I’m using a Hayu free trial pass but it’s not on my box, 

Can anyone tell me where to find it?

Welcome to the community. Unfortunately the Hayu pass isn't available on all devices yet, including the white NOW TV box. Have a look at the following help page which tells you which devices you can watch on.
