Channel 4 app

The channel 4 app doesnt load, you click on it it loads and then crashes straight away.I have deleted and reinstored the app and restored the whole now tv box and still not working.

It seems like there are a lot of people that have the old white box are having the same issue.

 

I have contacted NowTV by their web chat and was told that someone from the technical department would be in touch, but still haven't heard anything.

 

I am going to contact them again and will let you know how I get on.

I also have this problem, with BBC Iplayer too - is it now just not powerful enough to run these apps?

Time to get the NowTV stick?

The reset button (forgot it was there) and reinstalling everything did the trick 🙂
