Buffering pain

Over the last few days I'm getting buffering about every 5mins, I've tried all the solutions​ mentioned in this community site but nothing works, does this mean the box is had it? Thanks

If you've tried 'everything' then yes, it could be the 'white' NOW TV box or its PSU.
