Both boxes frozen on home screen!

I've unplugged everything, tried restarting it several times, changed HDMI ports and its still frozen on the hone screen. Lights flash when buttons pressed but nothing happening

yes this has happened to both my nowtv boxes the little black one and the new one.. ???

 

its frozen on home screen this happened after the update.
