my now tv remote won’t work or pair even after adding new batteries ive tryed pairing it disconnecting cables everything nothing seems to work if anyone has anything that could help would be grateful thanku

Hi if you have a smartphone android or iphone you could download the roku app if that's any help to you.

Have you made sure the batteries are in the right way round, and you are pairing by pressing the pairing button in the battery compartment?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
