Using a stick.
Been in contact with support numerous times...still getting the same message, often after only 15 minutes.
To be fair, they did send me a new stick: still getting the message though.
I've advised them that it's a server side coding problem, but they won't accept any independent input....similar to politicians, they know it all!
There is absolutely no reason why the “are you still there “ message should pop up!! The fact of the matter is, i have paid for this service, so there should be no disruption whatsoever! Very annoying!!
I've been having this problem a lot but I think I've just fixed it, if you go to settings, then network, then bandwidth saver just click it to off. Hope that works for you
