Where is the engineer?

Why nobody come to my home to set up the fibre and broadband today? Can I do it by my own?

If you needed an engineer visit it is unlikely this can be done by yourself. NOW don't have any engineers, they fully rely on OpenReach.

Call the broadband team to get anything sorted with broadband.
