So after the joy of failure to connect we now have the screen turning blue mid program and the message "unknown Page error" popping up.
this unknown page error is driving me up the wall hope now tv gets it fix for todays liverpool game
Is there any news when this issue is going to be resolved? I can't believe it's taking as long as it is.
Have this issue here on Samsung App, stick and also the mobile app. Seems slightly different from what I've read here.
We have an ongoing entertainment pass and all seems fine however i cannot purchase a pass on any device, i get the Unkown Page error via TV app, stick and mobile ☹️
It's stuck on unknown page error with a green BACK button which does nothing when I click on it. Honestly, only NowTV is problematical like this. It doesn't happen with any of the other apps on my TV
Now tv have closed my ticket about this twice now.
I can't be bothered to reopen the case.
Got unknown page error on the f1 channel today at 1330 exactly. That's only thing I use the account for.
Just cancelled my subscription.

JINXED Part 2
At 12.30am this morning I switched over my Smart TV to Now TV and got a black screen with a prominent "Sorry, Now TV is currently unavailable", I then switched over to my Roku 3 and accessed Now TV that way, to my surprise it worked perfectly.
Right now, I'm watching The Comey Rule after watching SWAT and Take Two all on my Roku 3 while my Now TV smart TV app is rendered useless.
At this stage in the game, I don't know if this problem is being worked on by Now TV's tech team or nothing's really happening.

If like me, you now find your Now TV app is now working and have also noticed that some shows you have previously seen have now reappeared in your My TV, you may have concluded like me that a system roll-back has been performed.
It seems that the two or three error messages, i.e. "Sorry, Now TV is currently unavailable", "Unknown Page Error" and "PL-0", were introduced by an (untested) update that could not be fixed, hence the roll-back.
I would hope that Now TV lay off brick making major updates for a good while and mainly concentrate on minor bug fixes.

Getting the same here. Good spot on it being linked to a change of program as I have monitored it and I get the same here. It just went again at 10.15.Not going to renew my sports Pass as you can guarantee it will happen just before a goal is scored...
an 'Unknown page error' happens every time I watch Now TV thro' the App on my Sony
Bravia OLED TV. I won't be able to subscribe to further Sport Day passes until the issue is fixed as it ruins the enjoyment of watching live sport.
That dreaded "Unknown Page Error" is back and struck my Samsung Smart TV about 1.00am this morning, when I wanted to watch "Fringe".
At this stage of the game, I don't know if it's just Samsung's affected, other platforms, other makes of smart TVs or just me, either way it's back and just as deadly, i.e when accessing Now TV my TV is partially bricked.
You know, It makes me feel that Now TV has rolled out another one of their untested updates (can't prove it coz' they don't announce their roll-outs).
However, I'm going to see if my TV is unbricked over the weekend, if not then I'll put in a help request.

Have you tried the usual, unplugging of the device and your router for a few minutes?
Worst case there is setting the stick back to factory settings.

What I’ve certainly noticed over the past fee months is that Now TV sticks are becoming more unreliable compared to the Now TV app on Amazon fire sticks.
hello i was just reading through the posts about the unknown page error. Mine also happens every 30 minutes on live tv and i have tried everything from resetting the now tv stick, resetting my broadband and it just keeps happening and has done since 21st August. It is getting frustrating as it is also happening when im watching a film on live tv through the now tv stick and it is so slow loading back on to the orginal film i was on i end up missing half of the film. I was just wondering has yours resolved itself yet or does it still happen? Sorry for the essay
This really needs to be escalated. Customer service didn't want to give any recompense. Will contact again but please escalate
No I have had communication via email with Now and followed advice but no improvement. Was now told to go on here no more emails!
