Now tv stick

My now tv stick will not stay connected to the Wi-Fi, we have reset it, tried reconnect it to the Wi-Fi, I think there may be an issue with the remote itself also?  Some times when you use the remote to move the cursor to the next instruction to reconnect , it won’t move? We just cannot watch anything in now tv ??

Try doing a factory reset to the stick.
