Now tv stick

My now tv stick will not work it keeps saying sorry, now tv is currently unavailable please try again later, ive tried the noe tv app on my phone n it works perfectly fine. I’ve unplugged now tv stick several times and still now look been like this a couple of days now

I would suggest that you do a factory reset on your stick, you will find out how to do that here:

If the factory hard reset does not work suggested by @ukbobboy 

You could try deleting the app, then reinstalling it from the app store, and see if that will rectify the problem, worth a try?
