Now Stick stopped picking up my wifi

Hi

My Now Stick has been working fine and all of a sudden it has stopped working and saying it is offline. When I try to connect it to the wireless signal, it is not showing my wifi. It shows the neighbours who all have reasonable signal strength. The stick is about 3m away from the router and has always had full strength. As far as I am aware, there have been no updates on the router or stick.

I have done a factory reset on the stick.

I have reset my router back to its original settings as well and still nothing.

All other devices are connected and working fine.

Three of my neighbours have the same ISP so wondering if signals are interfering. 

Also connected the stick to a different TV and still not working.

Tried connected via private network and not worked either.

Stick seems to be fine, but just does not want to connect to my router.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to connect to your phone data if you set up a hot spot?

Hi @mattie 

A few people have reported this with their NOW Sticks recently.

Maybe try typing something like "Stick offline" in the Community search box for any solutions.

If it was me, i would try the Stick temporary on a different television and if your Router is dual band use the lower wifi channels on it such has something like 1 to 13 on 2.4ghz and something around 36 to 44 on 5ghz.
