I bought a Now Tv stick and have tried to set it up. Seemed to follow all the steps Ok (only sticking point was not being a able to control the volume from the Now Tv control space selected ‘setup control later’. Connected Via Internet Ok, accepted End User Agreement and then a message displays as follows:
There was a problem connecting to the network ActionID:0 Err:0 :0
Please try again.
have tried loads of times, reset the stick, reset my broadband, tried chat, they time out while they try to find out the issue!!
This has to rank as the worst product/user experience I’ve ever had the misfortune of getting involved with.
You need to make sure your logged into the device with the same account that you paid for the membership.
What you need to do is scroll all the way to the bottom til you see a row of options. One should be “account” in there you should see what account if any has been logged into the app.
