Hi, please can someone help me?!
Netflix on my nowtv stick doesn’t load correctly, it plays ok for 30 seconds or so but then the sound starts to stutter and loses sync with the mouths on the film/series…
all the other apps and sky sports play perfectly, it’s only Netflix this happens with. I have Netflix on the tv and that works perfectly so it’s not the connection?!
ive tried checking the system updates and it’s up to date, I’ve tried checking the network connection and that shows as signal strength is excellent, which proves with all the other apps and sky sports?!
please help it’s very frustrating

Have you tried going into the Stick Audio Settings and try the Stereo option.
If that doesn't work, when watching Netflix, press the star button on the remote and play around with the pop up volume features.

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app on the stick?
