Stick stopped working,- reset and went through WIfi, connect to the internet etc.
hit the get code button and next screen is blue with oops something went wrong
There's a problem loading the next page. Hit the back button on your remote and try again.
Do that and it turns into a continuous error loop 😞

I have noticed a couple of people on the forum have reported this over the last few months.
Can you test the Stick on another television in your home ?
Also if using a VPN, disable it and make sure your IP address is in the UK (assuming you are a UK NOW customer).

Maybe try a full factory reset again and try both 2.4ghz & 5ghz wifi networks if you have a dual band Router or a different low wifi channel number if you have a single band Router.
Then when applying the six digit activation code from the television screen being a UK customer using the link below (maybe also try the link with a different internet browser or smartphone with mobile data on it).
Also make sure your bank card is up to date on your online account.
Apart from that get in touch with NOW live chat to see if they can figure out what's going wrong with the Stick after a full factory reset.
