Lip Sync issue on Live TV/ Movies

Hi there

I have a NowTV stick and suffer from lipsync issues when watching live TV/ movies only.

I've pressed * when watching a programme, to make sure the setting is off and I've also reset the stick and started from scratch.

When selecting a channel it seems to stutter a bit (shows the same frame twice) and when stopping it to go back to the Guide it flashes up "-01 sec" as if it's trying to rewind.

I hope the above makes sense as i sound like I'm waffling a bit.

Anyone seeing this issue?

Have you tryied unplugging your router for a few minutes? 

Is the stick fully updated?

You could try setting the stick back to factory settings. 
Might sound extreme but hopefully will resolve the issue.
