Smart box tv screen shakey
Hi all, just bought a smart box and registered. Set up went well and all seems working, except the picture on my TV ''shaking'' up and down slightly. Anyone !!!!!!

I am also getting a very bad and shakey pic and buffering as well, any help?

I have passed your serial numbers on to get the fix deployed.
This should happen within the next 48 hours (hopefully before)
If you could all check for manual update after this time and the fix should be deployed.

Hi @Anonymous User, I also have this problem with my brand new Now TV Smart box with the latest software. My TV is a Samsung LE40M86BD, and I've tried all the settings I can think of with no success.
My Now TV box serial number is 568659503262 (The 0 may be an O, I can't tell).
Is it possible to get my box updated with a fix please?

My box is pretty much unwatchable at the moment, and a few more of us have posted our serial numbers in the hope of not having to take the box back for a refund and cancel.
Any news on a fix would be gratefully appreciated.

Have had a roku smart box delivered today and have the same problem with my Samsung LE52M87BD model. My box serial no is 568679261068. I'd really like to be able to watch using box but have had to go back to my old Now box. Any ideas when an update will fix this for those of us still having the jumping issue.?

Still having this issue.

This needs to be fixed soon or I will be asking for a refund. Been a month since I bought my box and still no fix. Not happy.
