I have the same problem. Just signed up to the NOW TV service, recieved the new box today, worked fine for all of 3 mins until the update installed, then bam, shakey screen, and can't possibly watch it unless I want a migraine!
Tried 720p etc as previously suggested, no good, different HDMI cables, also no good, tried on a really old LG 32" TV it worked fine.

Please send the fix to the my box asap as currently it's unwatchable
It would also be sensible to roll it out by default to all boxes to prevent it happening at all, particularlly for new customers.

Thanks for providing those serial numbers for me.
I have sent them off to get the fix deployed for you.
It can take upto 48 hours to reach your boxes, after this time please perform a software update if your box hasn't already done so.

Just bought a Smart Box, have a Samsung LE46M87BDX (as per some of the previous posters) and the ~25Hz vertical jumpy 4-pixel flicker.
As with others, the picture was stable until the forced update & reboot. I've also an older non-smart box, picture fine as always. Tried a reboot, no improvement. Also no newer update available if I force a check.
I'd appreciate a push of the flicker fix; box serial no. is 5686 5A64 2606.

I've raised these to be sent a potential fix.
This can take a few days so please keep an eye our for updates/changes.
