Now tv box choices

My Mum has been sent a now tv boxwith pink writing on. However they do not have a smart TV and just a Sony Bravia which has normal aerial in.  

They cannot see normal channel and freeview channel as previously.

There is nowhere to plug the aerial into the NOW TV box - think this is the issue.  

 

Have they ordered the wrong box?  If so how do we send it back and get the right one and which box should we order??She could only see this choice of box on the now tv website.  Many thanks. Mel

They don’t make the smart box with freeview anymore, they will just use the tv for freeview and the box for streamed content
