I'm so disappointed as a new member..
The engineer is cancelled without notice, the phone line isn't connecting AND to top it all, I have no Smart box! This is a joke 👎

With regards to the NowTV Broadband service the only hardware that they provide is the Hub Router.
For TV streaming you will need to provide your own device or purchase the smart streaming TV box or Stick has an extra item either from the nowtv website shop or alternatively from an authorised retailer such has Argos, Currys etc.
