i also have this ongoing issue on my small black box and smart box on wired bt infinity connection,i started up a post about this issue on the sports section,had a reply from a member of now tv team about them knowing about the issue and that it will be fixed,well it has not and its all gone quiet again from the now tv people,it really is becoming a joke now!!!
