I have had £9.99 taken from my account and £6.99 taken the past two months for no reason. I had a two month free pass and I cancelled in enough time to not end up being charged as was advised on Now Tv. Then £9'99 was taken from my account? Further insult to injury I cannot even watch films as it says I need to buy a pass?
I am entitled to a full refund, this is daylight robbery.
Considering you do not have a contact number nor is your live chat accessible I have a very dire view of Now Tv.
I suggest you resolve this quickly before I take this further.
